2024-2025 Schedule
Charter School purchase order Approved Fees
Charter school funds may be used to cover some or all of your child's fees with RCS, depending on which program you choose. Use the amounts in this table for submitting your P.O./voucher requests. Please contact us for assistance or questions.
Why don't the charter PO/voucher amounts shown match the program fees above?!
Different charter schools have different rules about how funds are used as well as funding limits for some programs. The amounts shown above reflect RCS's agreements with local charters regarding how much can be allotted per subject.
How to use the chart above:
First, determine the program you want your child to attend (Younger, Middle, Upper, full-time or part-time).
Then match the topics covered in your chosen program to the PO/voucher subjects listed above.
Follow your school's instructions for requesting the appropriate PO/vouchers.
For example, if you are choosing the Middle Program Core (mornings only), you can request PO/vouchers for Math, Language Arts, and Social Studies/Geography shown in the PO/voucher chart above. Be aware that different schools have different rules regarding charter funding amounts, limits, and usage requirements.
We accept Charter School P.O.s/vouchers as well as private payments, or a combination of the two.
We offer 10% sibling discount when you enroll full time.
