Now Enrolling for Spring Semester!
Roseville Community School is an approved vendor with several charter schools in Placer County. Families may use charter funds to cover part or all of their child’s program fees. Because each charter school processes purchase orders differently, we’ve outlined the steps below to help make the process simple and successful.
We know navigating charter school purchase orders can feel confusing, so we aim to make the process as smooth as possible for families. Here’s how it works at RCS:
Your RCS Program Invoice
RCS invoices families for the full cost of their selected program.
This ensures your child’s spot is secured and allows us to plan staffing and resources for the year.
How Charter Schools Pay
Once your charter school approves your Purchase Order (PO), they send the funds directly to RCS on your behalf.
Processing timelines vary by charter, so families may see charter payments arrive the following month.
Your Role in the Process
To make sure everything runs smoothly:
Submit your purchase orders on time through your charter.
If a PO does not fully cover a month’s tuition, the remaining balance becomes the family’s responsibility.
