RCS is more than a learning center. It’s a community where children grow at their own pace, through hands-on, project-based learning rooted in social-emotional growth and creativity.
We offer flexible full-time and part-time programs for kindergarten through 6th grade, and we’re a certified vendor for six Placer County charter schools.

How charter enrollment works
RCS is an approved vendor for six local charter schools, so you can use your student’s educational funds toward our classes.
- Most charters fund up to 12 hours of classes a week, within your allotment
- Choose your classes and submit vouchers monthly. Your charter pays RCS directly
- Pay privately for anything beyond your charter’s limit
- We send weekly learning goal summaries and work samples for your Education Specialist
