Administrative Director & CEO
Roseville Community School (RCS) was founded 30 years in alignment with the Progressive Education model. Our programs are multi-age, student centered, and project inquiry based. We are in search of an experienced business administrator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, logistics, and events or meetings
Manage program scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
Human Resource management including hiring and training
Ensure the school complies with relevant laws and regulations
Work with teachers to develop and implement educational programs, and preserve progressive education philosophy
Serve as a mediator among parents, students, and staff
Serve as a school liaison with the Placer County Fairgrounds
Oversee management of facility operations. Ensure the campus is safe, welcoming, and functioning
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Business Administrator or School Administrator
Experience in leadership roles and highly diplomatic
Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with staff, families, students, and external organizations.
Positive attitude, service oriented, empathetic and sociable with a strong work ethic
Excellent and effective communication skills: written and oral
Open minded and flexible
Ability to use technology easily and effectively (e.g. Google Drive) and education management system
Good at planning and organizing
Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
Conflict resolution skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Annual Salary Range: $53,000 - $60,000
